Matcha & Accessories
Our matcha is grown and harvested in Japan, in Uji and Shizuoka. We work with trusted, family-run farms that follow traditional methods such as shade-growing and stone grinding. Each harvest is carefully selected for its smoothness, vibrant green color, and naturally balanced flavor.
Ouatcha Matcha is curated, not mass-produced. We focus on first-harvest quality, smooth flavor, and zero bitterness.
Our matcha is finely stone-ground in Japan, naturally vibrant, and designed to feel effortless and enjoyable - whether you are new to matcha or already in love with it.

Reserve
Our most refined matcha. Single-cultivar, single-estate from Uji, offering a richer, more nuanced flavor for elevated matcha moments.
Yes. Ouatcha Matcha is independently tested by accredited third-party labs for quality and purity, including heavy metals, microbiology, caffeine, and sugar profile testing. You can learn more on our Lab Tested Matcha page.
Yes, it is vegan and gluten-free. Ouatcha Matcha contains only one ingredient: 100% pure matcha powder.
A single cultivar matcha is made from one specific variety of tea plant, rather than a blend of multiple cultivars. This allows the unique character of the plant and its terroir to shine through.
We recommend using 1 spoon of our Ouatcha Matcha measuring spoon. Enjoy a complimentary spoon with your order of any matcha product (one per order).
If you do not have our measuring spoon, we recommend around 1g of matcha. For a stronger taste, you may increase to 2g.
For optimal freshness, color, and flavor, we recommend refrigeration before opening. Once opened, keep your matcha tin tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
How to use: Whisk the matcha in a “W” or “M” motion until a light foam forms.
Before use: soak the bamboo whisk in hot water for about 2 minutes to soften the prongs.
After use: rinse immediately with warm water.
Do not use soap, do not soak, and do not place it in the dishwasher. Let it air dry naturally.
